Position Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role acts as the go-to person for all employee-related issues, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. The HR Manager will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and policy development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. 
  • Support the recruitment and selection process: attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates. 
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration and continuous development of employees. 
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment that promotes company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. 
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement. 
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, handling investigations and disciplinary actions as needed. 
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; communicate changes effectively across the organization. 
  • Support business needs through talent management, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies. 
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics. 
  • Champion workplace health and safety compliance and maintain employee privacy. 


Qualification and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategies, practices, and employment regulations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
