Senior Sales Executive

Experience - 8+ Years

Location - Noida(WFO)

Date of Posting - May 28th, 2025


Job Description:

1. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategic methods.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential & existing clients.

3. Having an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Industry.

4. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

5. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.

6. Assists in the completion of monthly & Yearly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management/ Sales or other relevant field.

2. Minimum 8 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with IT Service Industry.

3. Strong client relationship management skills, Excellent negotiation & convincing skills.

4. Proven ability to work independently.

5. A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7. Good amount of experience working for USA clients.

8. Should be well versed with data mining tool and Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

9. Comfortable working in US time zone.

10. Familiar with target oriented Environment.
