Client's Challenges

The Client’s Salesforce Sales Cloud-based solution didn’t correspond to their business needs. In particular, the sales process was hampered due to a lack of sync between different items and applications. They turned to Hexaview for Salesforce customization services for their Sales Cloud-based CRM. We performed the following activities:

  • Created sync between custom fields and opportunity and quote items through Apex development.
  • Developed a web portal to share quotations and enhance user experience.
  • Set up triggers for automated email notifications to eliminate the scope of missing deadlines.
  • Integrated their Sales cloud with FreshBooks - accounting software to enable a two-way flow of information.
  • Automated the workflow of order processing through Apex development.
