Challenges

The client was dealing with multiple bugs on their existing platform and wanted us to perform end-to-end lifecycle over Jira, creation, and maintenance of test cycles. The client wants to perform manual testing of Acrobat legacy features across multiple platforms and provide their service as extended support. They want us to create the execution matrix for the assigned features and machine configuration. The client wants us to test the functionality through smoke, sanity, and exhaustive functional testing. They also want us to provide them the alpha and beta certification for the legacy features of Acrobat Desktop applications for various system configurations. The client was looking for better resource management with Quality assurance.

The client got the certification for the Legacy features of Acrobat Desktop Applications from our team on various system configurations (MAC OS 10.15 to recent MAC OS 13), Windows (Server to Windows 11 latest), Device compatibility with multiple connectors (MS Office 2013, 2016, 2020, Office 365). The Client found the application compatible with different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, MS Edge).
