- The client had a very complex data model that they wanted to simplify because it was very confusing for the business to understand. The same set of information was duplicated in multiple objects.
- Salesforce was deprecating workflows and process builders; the client had many of these in use, requiring migration to flows.
- The lead management system was complex and caused ongoing issues.
- External systems were in use but had no sync of data, e.g., opportunity data.
- The client was building a new system (OIP) which needed to be integrated with Salesforce to ensure data sync between both systems.
