The Client wanted to integrate their Salesforce org with Marketing Cloud to utilize Salesforce data within Marketing Cloud and send personalized & dynamic emails directly from Salesforce. They were looking for a Salesforce partner to help them with the integration.
The scope of work included:
- SFMC onboarding.
- Setup of email template-based dynamic emails and SMS via Email Studio.
- Synchronization of data.
- Integration of Salesforce org with Marketing Cloud using the connector.
- Addition of an “unsubscribe” button and identification of potential spam triggers in the email content.
